What You Should Know About ABVM Track and Field

Assumption BVM track is not about how fast you are or how strong you are.  Track is about a desire for personal improvement.  To challenge yourself.  To improve as an individual.  The only thing we guarantee is that you will be in the best shape of your life when it’s over.

Track is the ideal cross training sport.  Cross training is important to every athlete, both for individual improvement and for the healthy development of his or her bodies.

All registered athletes compete in multiple events in the weekly meets and the Region 19 championships.  There is no “bench”.  Be part of a first class program that emphasizes physical conditioning, cross training and 100% participation by all.
